Very Humble staff and excellent location, especially Mr Ivan and another person who was there at reception, they were very welcoming and sober.Must visit if u r going Goa.Rooms are very big and elegant,cleaned and spacious washrooms. Airy and lightful property.Road and Market views are quite appealing,Downstairs rental scooty available and MC DONALDS is on ground floor.The best part is that if u go to colangute beach u may see the beach market and if u change the direction u go to another main market and titos lane...Just wowww type....best wishes to them.

Breakfast not good.

There is no provision for free drinking water. Only breakfast is provided by the vendor. Free Parking is not sufficient, especially for minibuses used by large groups.The silver lining is that the rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Staff went out of the way and provided breakfast to us very early on the day of our departure.

Appreciate the service , staff, and accommodation. Highly recommended. Mabrul and Sohail are very helpful, and the manager at the property, Mr Ivan Lobo, is also very cooperative.Thanks, guys.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is centrally located and provides easy access to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were well-maintained and exceptionally clean, making for a comfortable experience. The breakfast was decent, though the menu was limited. A special thanks to Ivan Lobo and the staff for their excellent service. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed this hotel in Goa, very well located in the center or Calangute. It was clean and the room was really large. The pool was nice and clean. The staff was available and happy to support. Breakfast was basic, but didnt impact us

Room was spacious, however on the 2nd day bed bugs created an issue. nevertheless the team was quick to react to replace the mattress and all and ensure proper cleaning was done. kudos for that. Bathroom was clean and neat.

Breakfast was like good on few days and ok ok on few. we stayed for 4 days so overall breakfast was OK but it was not bad afterall.

Food was tasty, delicious, and hot.Location at walkable to beach.

Breakfast...made by only a maid comes in morning..so cant get all items at once n very limited choice..also therr is no Tea,Cofee on Order..you havs to go outiside

Throughout my stay, they demonstrated professionalism and remained calm, which greatly contributed to my overall comfort and satisfaction.Additionally, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. It was evident that great care was taken to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, which is something I greatly value in a hotel.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your establishment. I booked a room for two adults and one child, however, upon arrival, we were allocated a room with only one bed, making it uncomfortable for all of us to sleep adequately.Furthermore, throughout our stay, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Despite being guests for the entire day, we were provided with only one water bottle, which was insufficient for our needs. Additionally, we faced difficulties in accessing hot water, both in the morning and late evening, forcing us to bathe with cold water, which was highly inconvenient.Moreover, the breakfast provided, although included in our booking, did not meet our expectations. The limited variety, consisting mainly of bread, butter, jam, puri, sabji, and poha, was not worth the value we paid for. Additionally, we had to repeatedly request staff to refill the items, causing further inconvenience during our mealtime.I trust that as a reputable establishment, you value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Therefore, I kindly request that you address these concerns and take appropriate measures to ensure that such issues do not occur in the future.

Location was good and room size and cleaning was perfect.

Location wise central to all the major places - accessible for various cuisines and shopping areas

parking would be bit difficult if u r arriving late in the night for cars

Beautiful place to stay . Had a 2 night stay in Jan 2024 in this Property . Some of the best things which I loved is the spacious rooms , cleaniness , spacious Bathroom , location , Paintings by the owner displayed in the corridor--This is an absolute masterpiece , Service levels by Raymond , Mabrul & the entire team was awesome . Breakfast is average as there is not much in variety .Some of areas of improvement1) No FNB for guest wanting to have food within the hotel , there are lot many restaurents but lot of time gets wasted while having food outside as you have to go & comeback each time you feel hungry2) Secondly The drain point in the bathroom is not sufficient because of which water gets accumulated & after the shower it's like a mini Pool as the bathroom has only 1 drain point. Ideally it should have atleast 2 Or 3 so that water gets out quickly. The only way is to keep the shower little slowerMy Special compliment to Raymond for his exceptional service levels ? ????. Wishing the hotel a better way forward & great year ahead .

No food & Beverage Depadtmemt in this Property which made me go for a cup of Tea & food outside

Wouldn’t eat there as the kitchen was filthy. The swimming pool looked like it was filled with milk. Our bedding had Staines on it. A note on the bathroom door said it had been cleaned by trained professionals, utter nonsense it smelt of urine, we bought disinfectant and cleaned it ourselves. Black mould all around glass panels and rubber shower mat.
